HD1101 is a non-fluorinated binder based on a high-saturation molecular chain, and its backbone contains a variety of functional groups such as -CN and -CO₂⁻. The material has excellent oxidation resistance, high voltage resistance and alkali resistance, and is suitable for ternary and lithium cobalt oxide and other high-voltage cathode systems, which can effectively improve the dispersion of slurry and coating adhesion, and does not contain fluorine elements, which can replace traditional PVdF without resource bottlenecks and environmental protection restrictions.
