HD2121 is a mixed-coating diaphragm binder with a particle size of about 5 μm, which can be adjusted in terms of particle size and glass transition temperature, and can be blended with 1-2 μm ceramic materials to simplify the production process. It can simultaneously achieve good bonding to the pole pieces and ensure low separator thermal shrinkage, thereby improving the overall performance of the battery.
